• 예약 신청 후 일정 시간내에 이용요금 결제가 완료되지 않을 경우 예약 신청은 자동으로 취소됩니다.
  If the full payment is not authorized at the time of booking, the room will automatically be cancelled
• 예약하신 분과 입금하신 분의 성함이 다른 경우에는 연락 주시기 바랍니다.
  If the name of the person who booked the room and the name of the person who paid for the room are different, please let the management know
• 당일 예약을 하신 분은 예약 전 꼭 연락 부탁드립니다.

체크인 / Check-in : 3pm ~ 7pm

• 7pm 이후에 체크인을 원하시는 분은 미리 연락 주시기 바랍니다.

체크아웃 / Check-out : 11am

• 11am 이후에 체크아웃을 원하시는 분은 미리 연락 주시기 바랍니다.

• 늦은 체크아웃은 당일 예약 현황에 따라 가능여부가 결정되며, 요금이 부과됩니다.
  Extension will be given depending on the availability with extra charges in advance

• 예약 시 신청하신 인원 이외에 추가인원은 입실하실 수 없습니다. (방문객 입실도 불가합니다.)
  No visitor or extra guests allowed
• 펜션주의 동의를 거치지 않은 초과 인원 입실 시 퇴실 조치가 가능하며, 이 경우 퇴실로 인한 환불도 불가하니 유의하시기 바랍니다.
  If unauthorized guest or visitor enter the room, we have the right to request the guests to vacate the room without the refund
• 보호자를 동반하지 않은 미성년자들만의 입실은 어떤 경우에도 불가합니다.
  The minor should be under the parental supervision at all time and they can’t be in the room without supervision in any time
• 예약 완료 후 날짜와 객실 변경은 불가합니다. 해당예약 취소 후(수수료 발생) 다시 예약 하셔야 하므로 신중하게 결정하시기 바랍니다.
  The date and the room type can’t be changed once the booking has been processed. Please cancel and re-book the room that you desire (cancellation fee may occur)
• 애완견을 비롯한 반려동물의 동반 출입은 절대 불가합니다. 동반 입실 시 환불 없는 퇴실조치가 가능합니다.
  Pets are not allowed. If entered, we have the right to request the guests to vacate the room without the refund
• 퇴실 시 다음 손님을 위한 정리정돈과 설거지, 쓰레기 분리수거는 현대 문화인의 기본 에티켓입니다.
  Before checking out, please organize the room and throw away your trash (recycle) in the designated area
• 객실 내의 모든 비품은 반드시 객실 내에서만 이용 가능합니다.
  Removing or moving items in the guest room is strictly prohibited
• 기물의 파손, 침구류 오염 등의 훼손이 발생할 경우 펜션측에 알려 주십시오. (사진/영상 근거자료 작성 후 실비를 청구할 수 있습니다.)
  The guest will be held responsible and will be charged for any damage or loss of the hotel property. Please let our staff know if any damage occurs
• 화재위험물질 (화약, 폭죽 등)은 절대로 반입 또는 사용이 불가합니다. (화재로 인한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다)
  Entering with highly flammable or explosive materials in our property is strictly prohibited
• 향이 강해 다음 손님에게 피해가 갈수 있는 음식등은 객실 반입이 불가합니다.
  Strong scented food or item are not allowed in the room since it may disturb the next guest
• 다른 고객분들에게 피해가 갈수있는 행동이나 소음을 삼가해 주시기 바랍니다.
  Please DO NOT disturb other guests with your noisy and inappropriate behavior
• 테라스를 포함한 전 객실은 흡연이 불가합니다. 지정된 흡연구역 또는 주차장을 이용 바랍니다. (객실내 흡연시 과태료 10만원이 부과됩니다.)
  No smoking allowed, including the terrace area. Please use the designated area or a parking lot if needed ($100 fine for violation)
• 개인 분실물에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  The management will not in any way be responsible for any loss or damage of the guest’s belongings or any other property.
• 저희 스탭이 이동을 부탁드릴 시 따라 주시기 바랍니다.
  Our staff has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the property
• 협조에 응하지 않으시는 고객분들의 짐을 옮길 권한과 이용하신 서비스료를 부과 뒤 예약을 무효화할 권한이 주어집니다.
  In case of the default in the management’s request, we take full right to remove the guest luggage and belongings, cancel the guest’s stay and to charge for all used services
• 사진과 동영상은 개인의 이익을 위해 사용하실 수 없습니다. 이용을 원하시는 고객분은 사전에 문의 부탁드립니다.
  Using photographs and videos taken in the property for commercial purposes without the agreement is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution. Please contact the management for the permission
• 홈페이지 내에 사용된 각 이미지는 실제와 상이할 수 있습니다.

• 저희 스태프는 불합리한 서비스를 거부할 권한이 있습니다.
  The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone

• 환불은 입금된 계좌로만 가능하며, 환불금 입금 시 송금 수수료는 제외한 후 입금됩니다.
  We can only refund the payment through the way we received the payment. (we will deduct the transaction fee)
• 일찍 퇴실 하시거나 예약 후 연락없이 나타나지 않으신 고객분들은 환불이 불가합니다.
  We will not be able to refund any payment for early check-out or no-shows
